Small Business Lease Subsidy Application
This grant is for new commercial leases.
Grant award is calculated by the amount of monthly lease payments for 1 year based on the business’ new commercial lease. The maximum grant award is $52,000.
If awarded, payments are made directly to the landlord of the property.
Note: There is a limited amount of funds for this program. Not all those who apply will receive this grant.
