JCEDC Relocation Assistance from the Real Estate Department

The Real Estate Department primarily assists real estate brokers, developers, Fortune 500 corporations and other parties with site selection, overviews of developments and business incentives, and referrals to various public and private organizations. In addition, the department implements communications and marketing campaigns by monitoring and obtaining informed opinions (from trade magazines and regular publications), periodic real estate market reports, demographic data, market research and surveys, and relevant news articles; producing publicity and communications literature (e.g advertorials, feature stories, newsletter, fact sheets, etc.) as well as ad placements in a variety of publications; providing media kits to relocating businesses, local agencies, the press, and other parties; and, last but not the least, direct mail campaigns. The department also tracks and responds to informational inquiries from the press, relocating businesses, real estate brokers and other parties via mail, phone and e-mail.
