Planned as a 30 acre, 450,000 square feet industrial center 600+ jobs

Liberty Industrial Park
135 acres (over 1.7 million square feet) of development space

The 17-story, 324,000-square-foot Evertrust Office Building is owned and partially occupied by Evergreen International Marine Corp.
