There are many reasons businesses continue to thrive in Jersey City, and a key factor for much of this success is the Jersey City Economic Development Corporation. The EDC is a multifaceted organization that provides sound advice and counseling, expert direction and services, and financial assistance through the Community Lending and Investment Corporation. Additionally, the EDC and its programs work in conjunction with numerous State and Federal resources.
The Jersey City Economic Development Corporation, and the Jersey City Urban Enterprise Zone program it administers, continue to fuel the unprecedented growth that Jersey City has realized during the course of the past several years.
