It is an honor and a privilege for me to be chosen as the new CEO of the Jersey City Economic Development Corporation (EDC). This organization has helped transform Jersey City into a world-class center for businesses, residences, the arts and culture — a place we can all point to with great pride. It has helped make Jersey City one of the most important urban centers in America by expanding the economic, commercial and industrial growth of Jersey City for more than thirty years.

The Jersey City Economic Development Corporation is a resource center for entrepreneurs and businesses of all types and sizes. We are committed to providing the 1.4 million residents, business people and visitors who are here each day with the programs, services and opportunities they need to prosper and to enjoy our great city. We are home to the Jersey City Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) Program, one of the largest and most productive UEZ programs in New Jersey. Our partnerships with acclaimed corporations and non-profit organizations have resulted in bringing jobs and training programs here. These alliances have also brought about the establishment and occupation of millions of square-feet of Class-A office facilities and an unprecedented number of luxury and affordable housing developments.
